Elite Guard’s approach to security is what we refer to as “Assertive Security Programming”. This proactive concept entails definition of your security requirements as they pertain to your specific needs. Our office then determines the extent to which the present security measures meet these requirements and where they fall short.

Our office will then create a strategy to accomplish the objectives we have placed. We will implement security officer staffing, training, rules and regulations and design detailed security post orders for the client property.

The key to an excellent security program is training. Elite Guard is a fully licensed State of Florida security officer training center. Our security teaching staff has developed one of the most comprehensive training programs in South Florida using state of the art computer and video training techniques.

ELITE GUARD PERSONNEL:

*Must successfully complete the unarmed security training course approved by the State of Florida/Division of Licensing (40 hours)
*Must attend two pre-employment evaluation interviews with our Security Managers and Site Supervisors.
*Must successfully complete a thorough pre-employment background investigation.
*Must have a neat and well groomed appearance
*Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
*Must have excellent communication skills (Read, write & speak English language)
*Must be a minimum of twenty-three years of age or older.
*No history of alcohol or narcotics dependence or addiction
*Must undergo random drug testing throughout their employment
*Must complete a written competency test / English examination
*Elite Guard profiles each applicant’s abilities with the client’s needs.
*Successful completion of our security-training program designed specifically for the client.
