All Elite Guard Concierge officers are thoroughly trained in not only security procedures, but their training includes the Elite Guard  promise of ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’.  This extensive training provides our clients with the highest level of customer service. 

In addition, all Elite Concierge officers are required to have a minimum of two years prior experience in condominium security.
